Clinician-led decisions
Diagnosis and treatment planning are carried out by qualified dental professionals.
Our approach to dental care is based on clinician-led assessment, individual treatment planning, clear consent, responsible material selection and appropriate follow-up.
Diagnosis and treatment planning are carried out by qualified dental professionals.
Recommendations are based on each patient’s clinical findings, needs and medical history.
Procedures, alternatives, limitations and significant risks are explained before treatment.
Treatment-specific guidance and follow-up support are provided to international patients.
Patient safety begins before any procedure is performed. Klinik7’s approach is based on appropriate assessment, documented treatment planning, clear communication, informed consent and treatment-specific follow-up.
Klinik7 operates under the registered healthcare facility name Özel Klinik 7 Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği in Antalya, Türkiye.
The clinic holds an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued within the framework of the applicable Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health requirements.
International health tourism authorisation permits the healthcare facility to provide and coordinate healthcare services for international patients. It does not mean that every procedure is suitable for every patient. Suitability must be determined following an appropriate clinical assessment.
Clinical decisions at Klinik7 are made by qualified dental professionals. Patient coordinators may assist with communication, appointments and administrative arrangements, but they do not diagnose conditions or make final treatment decisions.
Where a case involves more than one area of dentistry, the proposed treatment may be reviewed by the relevant clinicians. The treating dentist is responsible for explaining the clinical findings, recommended procedure, reasonable alternatives, important risks and required follow-up.
Final treatment decisions are confirmed by the treating clinician after examination and review of the required diagnostic records.
Coordinators support communication and logistics while clinical recommendations remain the responsibility of the dental team.
Every treatment plan is based on the patient’s individual circumstances. The assessment may include medical and dental history, existing restorations, gum health, bone condition, bite relationship and aesthetic expectations.
Infection prevention is an essential part of dental care. Clinical areas, reusable instruments and treatment equipment are managed according to the procedures appropriate to their use and level of contamination risk.
The selection of an implant, abutment, crown, bridge, veneer or denture material depends on the clinical situation and the agreed treatment plan.
Material selection may consider bone and soft-tissue conditions, bite forces, available restorative space, aesthetic requirements, material compatibility, restorative design and long-term maintenance needs.
Implant fixtures, abutments and prosthetic restorations are separate components and may have different maintenance and warranty conditions.
Patients may request information about the planned implant system or restorative material before treatment.
Patients have the right to receive understandable information before agreeing to treatment. The proposed procedure, purpose, expected stages, reasonable alternatives, material limitations and significant foreseeable risks should be explained before treatment.
Dental procedures can involve biological, functional and mechanical risks even when treatment has been planned and performed appropriately.
When a concern is reported, the first step is to assess the available clinical information. Depending on the case, this may involve updated photographs, diagnostic imaging, remote review, an in-person examination, bite adjustment, repair, replacement or referral.
International patients receive treatment-specific instructions before leaving the clinic. The exact aftercare programme depends on the procedure performed and the patient’s clinical needs.
A treatment warranty is not the same as a guarantee of biological success. Implant treatment depends on bone healing, gum health, oral hygiene, bite forces, general health and patient behaviour.
Where a warranty applies, its specific duration, scope, conditions and exclusions should be stated in the patient’s written treatment documentation. Implant fixtures, abutments and final restorations may be subject to separate conditions.
A warranty assessment may require recent X-rays, photographs, a report from a local dentist, evidence of recommended maintenance or an examination at Klinik7. The cause of the reported problem must be assessed before a warranty decision can be made.
Patients reporting a concern should provide their full name, treatment date, a clear description of the problem, the date symptoms began, relevant photographs and any report received from a local dentist.
This page describes Klinik7’s general approach to clinical standards, safety, aftercare and warranty assessment. It does not constitute personal medical advice or create an independent treatment warranty.
The patient’s individual treatment plan, informed consent documents, invoice, discharge instructions and written warranty conditions take precedence where treatment-specific information is required.
